But when I read reviews about it, I found out a lot of buyers were complaining about its complexity and loud sound. that was the only reason I ended up buying brother xl-2600. believe it or not I found a brand new one with a great price at snappyhome.com if you order directly from them you will find it cheeper. Their costomer service is excellent and I recieved it 2 days after it was shipped. I love the machine. Although It is my first machine, I have found it very easy to use and it is not loud to me at all. I would definitely recommend this product.
