(More customer reviews)My Arrow 300 sewing cabinet just arrived last night; took out all the parts and hardware to inventory immediately. What a deal breaker;hardware inventory pages in the manual often do not match what's in your hand. Some items referred to in manual have been superceded by what was sent with the unit; of course Arrow doesn't tell you that. Arrow's Customer Service mostly says 'follow your intuition' in assembling, never mind what you've inventoried. Maybe I'll love the unit to death once I get it assembled, BUT, if I had known how shoddy the manual and customer service were, I undoubtely would have chosen a different manufacturer; in other words, purchase at your peril!
