(More customer reviews)I just bought this and I was very excited. I follow the instruction manual closely while assembling it. When I have it all pieced together I turn it on. It says to wait up to 2 minutes for it to start working and I waited 10 and it still didn't work. I could hear the machine trying to work but no steam would come out. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning this horrible item.
