(More customer reviews)I purchased this iron in February 2010 and was thrilled with it. Starting in May, the iron started acting up.It would either not go up at all when finished or it goes up, down, up, down all by itself.I'm not disappointed in the iron as much as I am disappointed in the company.I emailed and called several times and have had no response, except for one email that says their business hours are from 9 - 1 PST but when you call all you get is an answering machine and noone ever calls you back.I am very upset by this.
